Avéli Cellulite Treatment

Because cellulite isn’t fat, patients of all sizes and fitness levels are impacted by cellulite. Instead, the primary cause of cellulite is the fibrous bands, called septa, that connect the skin to the structures below. Sometimes, these bands are too tight, causing dimpling on the buttocks and thighs, known as cellulite. Avéli is the first and only cellulite procedure that identifies and releases the septa that cause cellulite dimples on the buttocks and thighs with real-time release confirmation, all in a single in-office visit.

What is Avéli?

Avéli is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a hand-held device guided by an expertly trained provider to manually target and release the septa bands causing cellulite from the inside-out. It is done in the office under local anesthesia. The process takes about an hour, and most patients return to regular activity within 24-48 hours. Some patients may have some bruising or swelling, but it is minor and should resolve in several days to weeks. (Your provider will give you complete post-procedure instructions.)

Avéli is performed in-office by Drs. Leveque, Butler, or Patterson, or by a highly trained nurse practitioner or physician assistant. Patients undergoing other plastic surgery procedures often add Avéli to their surgical plan. In that case, Dr. Butler, Dr. Leveque, or Dr. Patterson would perform the procedure.

The cost of Avéli, when performed as a stand-alone procedure in the office, ranges from $3500 to $4500. When preformed in conjunction with a surgical procedure, there is a $250-$350 discount on the procedure. We will provide you with an exact quote at your consultation appointment.
